ORDERING
Make an order
To purchase our products, please browse through our products and add the desired product and quantity to your shopping cart or go to Webshop (Homepage) > Quick Purchase. Payment will be via credit card.
If you are residing in Singapore, you may place your order in the following ways:
- Through our web shop (payment by credit card);
- Call us at 6745 1550; or
- Email us with your name, contact number, order details (e.g. 2 tubes of TGC High Strength 75g), and your delivery address. For orders made via phone or email, cash payment must be made upon delivery.
Delivery within Singapore is free with a minimum purchase of S$50.
Delivery to Malaysia is free with a minimum purchase of S$100.
Make a large quantity order
For orders above S$300, please call us at 6745 1550 or email us with your name, contact number, order details (e.g. 10 tubes of TGC High Strength 75g), billing and shipping address and your preferred payment method (Cash / Credit card / Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Draft).

Make changes to an order
If you wish to change your order, please call us at 6745 1550 or email with your request within 24 hours of placing an order or click here to send us your request.
Find out if order is successful
Your online order is successful if you have received an email from Lynk Biotechnologies Pte Ltd [esales@lynkbiotech.com] confirming your order details as well as an email from RBS WorldPay (the payment portal) confirming that your payment has been made. If you are having trouble making your online order, please call us at 6745 1550 or email us your enquiry.
Delivery time
For local (Singapore) orders, approximately 3 working days will be required for order fulfillment.
For overseas (non-Singapore) orders, delivery time will depend on the delivery option that you select. Please click here to find out the transit time required for your country.
Methods of payment
For online orders, payment is by credit card only. Our authorized secure payment partner, Worldpay, accepts Visa, Visa Delta and Mastercard.
For phone or email orders (valid for Singapore only), payment is strictly by cash on delivery.
